We are proud that repeat business represents a substantial proportion of our turnover due to the confidence and relationships that we have built with our clients. We operate from our 14,000 square feet Head Office/Yard facility in South London. The company has grown steadily in the last 10 years to offer in-house specialist services to our clients.

We offer clients a one stop solution in that we manage and build the project from start through to completion. We highly value our staff and management team who have the wealth of experienced required to deliver our projects to the highest standard. Best Practice is perpetuated through our In-House CPD, CIOB and CITB training and apprenticeship programs developed over the years.

Eco opportunities
In addition to our experience as a Main Contractors for Local Authority works delivering Decent Homes and External Works contracts, our in-house Insulated Render & Cladding Division and are trained/approved installers for a host of EWI & Cladding Systems.This has given us a real edge in the Eco market and British Gas have recently added us to the Framework of Approved Installers.

We are Exor & Constructionline approved and also accredited with the Stroma Warrantee Pas2030 Qualification which is the accreditation and compliance measure that has to be adopted by all Green Deal / ECO installation companies.Our link with British Gas enables us to assist our Clients with funding opportunities and we can provide the following;

  • Full/Substantial Funding for CESP projects you may have.
  • Free, no Risk, no obligation Sbem/Saps surveys to estate portfolios to produce feasibilities for potential CESP/Eco Schemes.
  • A Turnkey Approach with 1) Funding. 2) Principal Contractor 3) External Wall Insulated Render Systems 4) Renewables 5) DG Windows.
